Bill Farkas, Vice President at Jeffery Realty, is a twenty-six-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, working as a retail specialist focused on the New York Metropolitan Area. He began his career after graduating from the University of Maryland with an economics degree in 1997. He is a long-standing member of the ICSC, Passaic County Football Hall of Fame, Next Generation member, and affiliated with the retail brokerage network, Site Source.
Bill has consummated over 600 commercial lease and sale transactions with a value of over $1 billion. He has developed a family within the commercial real estate community and is known for being focused, hardworking and exhibiting perseverance. He also has a portfolio of redeveloped retail properties throughout New Jersey under W. Monroe.
Bill grew up in Wayne, New Jersey and now resides in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife Kristen and daughter, Audrey Rose. His hobbies include writing music, cooking, surfing and college basketball. Bill and his wife are actively involved in their local community, volunteering their spare time helping those suffering from mental illness and addiction.
