James Paladino, has nearly three decades of experience within the construction industry. Starting with a firm foundation in the trades as a member of the Carpenter’s Union, to being a licensed crane operator, to today as the owner of Paladino Enterprises.

Paladino Enterprises is a fast-growing construction firm with a precise, hands-on approach to its projects in both multifamily and commercial development, plus custom home builds.

James looks forward to bringing the same level of excellence and integrity which he has infused into Paladino Enterprises, to the Spring Lake Hope Foundation.
