Jason M. Hyndman

Jason Hyndman is an experienced attorney, practicing in the areas of real estate development, land use, eminent domain, and civil litigation – representing both private clients and government entities.
In this capacity, he currently serves as the board attorney for the Wayne Township Board of Adjustment and has also represented numerous property owners and developers in obtaining land use approvals for projects ranging from retail/commercial improvements to midrise, multifamily residential developments, and low density affordable and supportive housing.
Jason is the former Vice Chair of the Montclair Historic Preservation Commission and is currently a member of the Verona Planning Board. He is an avid soccer player and youth travel soccer coach.
A native New Jerseyan and life-long resident, Jason received his B.A. from Rutgers University in 2006 and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
