William Ericksen
Managing Director, Institutional Services Group, NAI James E. Hanson
William Ericksen joined NAI James E. Hanson in 2019 and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and office properties. He provides strategic advisement to investors, international organizations, and institutional clients, as well as brokerage services to local users and owners. Since 2019, Ericksen has advised on over 3 million square feet and $500 million in industrial real estate transactions.
William is an active member of NAIOP through the Developing Leaders Forum and is a proud member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), having earned the designation as the youngest in NAI Hanson’s history.
A dual citizen of the United States and Italy, William is also a member of YEX at the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce. His international interests extend into the culinary world as well, where he serves as an inaugural member of the Young Members Committee of the International Wine & Food Society, New York Branch.
