Yali Elkin
Owner, Lucerna, LLC
Yali is the founder and owner of Lucerna, LLC, a consulting firm that offers strategic consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses across the country. With 25 years of experience in corporate finance environments from publicly-traded, multinational conglomerates to start- ups, Yali has advised on acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, reorganizations, and turnarounds. He is currently the interim CFO for a pharmaceuticals manufacturer and a defense contractor.
Yali holds a Bachelor of Arts in History (cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from New York University. He and his wife, Avigayil, a local pediatrician, are involved with numerous local charitable organizations and have lived in Teaneck for 20 years. They are the proud parents of five children and one (soon-to-be) son-in-law.
