Alec Scazafave
Head of Talent, Maxx MGMT LLC
Alec Scazafave has an extensive background in talent management and player relations, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Maxx MGMT LLC since 2022. In this role, he oversees all talent relationships and partnerships, playing a crucial role in cultivating off-field success for Maxx MGMT clients.
Prior to his current position, Alec held a significant role with the National Football League, where he served within the Player Operations department from 2018 to 2022. In this capacity, he managed and arranged logistics for talent and players at various NFL events.
His expertise in overseeing various aspects of talent relationships and partnerships makes him a valuable asset in supporting the Foundation’s initiatives.
