Justin Fordham
Chief Executive Officer, Fordham Enterprises
Justin Fordham has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and finance. He is the proud father of three children and an entrepreneur focused on developing real estate projects through 3D concrete printing (3DCP). Over the course of his career, Justin has held positions with Champion Mortgage, KeyBank, E*TRADE Financial, Municipal Credit Union, Auction.com, and the New Jersey State Assembly. He currently serves as Assistant Business Administrator for the Bergen County Board of Education, supporting and overseeing all 80 districts.
Mr. Fordham is the owner and operator of Fordham Enterprises, a New Jersey–based real estate brokerage, development, and consulting firm that bridges the gap between capital and community development, with a strong emphasis on revitalizing Opportunity Zones in urban areas nationwide utilizing a 3DCP.
In his leisure time, he enjoys learning, reading, basketball, the gym, golf, travel, music, and supporting families via the Spring Lake Hope Foundation.
