Roy Pascal, Principal of Commerce Park Investors, has been in the commercial investment real estate business for over 40 years and has been involved in over 200 commercial, retail, and industrial investment real estate transactions. At Commerce Park Investors, Roy’s goal is to acquire industrial and commercial properties, build out, renovate, and position them for tenanting. Currently, he has approximately 50 industrial and retail properties in New Jersey and Lehigh Valley, PA.

Roy was raised in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and graduated from Ridge High School in 1980. Thereafter, he attended Slippery Rock University, and graduated in 1984 with a BSBA degree and immediately started a real estate brokerage company called Lincoln Agency. Roy spent that time growing his business located in Green Brook, New Jersey, until merging with Jeffery Realty in the early 1990’s. While in the brokerage business, Roy spent his time refining his skills as a principal investor. By the mid-1990’s he spent all of his time aggressively acquiring, re-developing, and repositioning retail, commercial and industrial opportunities, still using those skills today.
