Stephen Bialkowski

Stephen Bialkowski is the Managing Partner at Bialkowski Law, LLC, a boutique law firm focusing on construction, real estate, development and business law. With more than three decades of experience, Stephen brings a practical and informed perspective to the law, shaped by hands-on work in his family’s contracting business. He honed his legal experience at prominent law firms in New York and New Jersey handling high-profile cases nationwide.
Today, he represents a broad range of clients, including owners, contractors, construction managers, developers, trade contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and business professionals. He has been honored as a Super Lawyer in both New Jersey and New York and serves as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, recognizing his excellence in the field.
Beyond his practice, Stephen serves as General Counsel to the Construction Roundtable of New Jersey and Co-Chair to the Construction Section of the New Jersey Bar Association. He is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and mediator with the State of New Jersey. The most rewarding work Stephen does is teaching. As a professor at both New York University and Fordham University, Stephen teaches construction law courses in which he is shaping the next generation of industry professionals.
