Terry Frassetto

Terry Frassetto has a rich history in commercial real estate, covering acquisition, development, and management, with a focus on Class A properties. Since 2013, as a principal at Saddleback Real Estate Developers, he’s been the driving force behind the development of 20 million square feet in New Jersey and excels in reviving distressed assets. Terry began at Middlebury Development Corporation, later expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s portfolio by 3.5 million square feet in Washington, DC and New Jersey. With a comprehensive grasp of real estate dynamics, he manages diverse assets and teams. Terry, a Pace University graduate, also serves on the New Jersey Hall of Fame Board and has notable experience with Government Services Administration leases and projects like the Navy Memorial, and Lafayette Centre, both located in Washington, DC.
Terry is involved with numerous charitable causes and is excited to expand his role with the Spring Lake Hope Foundation.
