It’s time for our Ninth Annual Holiday Party for all of our Foundation families! This is a complimentary party solely for our children with rare illnesses and special needs along with their families.

Kindly RSVP by Dec 1st to Christine Lusardi at clusardi4@gmail.com. Please include first and last names of adults and children attending. Please include ages and gender of children and let us know which child (or children) have a special need. Indicate if that child can eat by mouth so that we may have an accurate count for food.
