Franklin Lakes, NJ, December 06, 2023 — Spring Lake Hope Foundation’s (SLHF) President and CEO Paulette Pera Laurenzi, and Chairman Salvatore Frassetto proudly announced a generous donation of $10,000 from Peter and Melissa Feldman of Legacy Real Estate Developers—a new venture focused on acquiring and transforming undervalued real estate. While Peter leads Legacy Real Estate Developers as President, he also has a history of volunteer work, notably with the Boys and Girls Club. Melissa Feldman, with her master’s degree in nursing, brings over fifteen years of experience to the field of public health, demonstrating her commitment to community well-being. Their significant contribution exemplifies the real estate firm’s commitment to the foundation, which is dedicated to assisting families of children grappling with rare health conditions.
“The real joy for us lies in knowing the impact a contribution from Legacy Real Estate Developers will have on these young lives,” said Pera Laurenzi. “This money will offer hope to families who truly need it most.”
The donation from Legacy Real Estate Developers will help aid in the costs of critical treatments and medical expenses not accepted by insurance—not to mention the other financial hurdles these families face.
Frassetto summed it up best saying, “Legacy Real Estate Developers is once again proving that if we come together as a community, we can do a lot of good for children in need.”
